Strategic Leadership Position

As a Senior Strategic Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of planning initiatives that drive continuous improvement and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level oversight and leadership across multiple strategic projects to achieve impactful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Guide a team of planners in delivering results-driven solutions that align with the organization's vision and values.
  • Develop and refine planning frameworks to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of safety, agility, fairness, equity, and excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience in strategic management, project management, or business management.
  • Extensive leadership and management skills, demonstrating the ability to lead senior teams towards a common vision.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing and reporting on multiple complex projects to deliver sought-after outcomes.
  • Superior interpersonal and written communication skills, influencing and negotiation skills, and ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic and innovative solutions in addressing complex issues and risks.
  • High-level knowledge and experience in using relevant planning data sources.
  • Proven ability to stay up-to-date with changes in the external environment and ensure knowledge is addressed in organizational planning efforts.
