We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with participants and their families to improve their access, development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services to meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate tailored treatment goals that align with each participant's aspirations and needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and achieve their goals.
  • Mentor and support early career clinicians to ensure they receive the guidance and training needed to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of care.
