About The Facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About The Role

You will:

• Work effectively as a member of the high performing inter-professional team at Belmont CRC providing high quality client centred Occupational Therapy rehabilitation consistent with the principles of the Health Independence Programs (HIP) guidelines.
• Provide clinical leadership and governance to the Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistant at Belmont CRC.
• Provide Occupational Therapy and inter-professional teaching, supervision, support and development of undergraduate students.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of high quality, cost effective Occupational Therapy services at Belmont CRC.
• Work proactively with the Occupational Therapy Department at Barwon Health to ensure decisions regarding Occupational Therapy service and clinical governance are made in collaboration.
