
Senior Business Growth Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for developing customized account plans and strategies to optimize retention and stimulate growth.
Key responsibilities include managing renewals, fostering growth within assigned accounts, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive ongoing engagement and utilization of Meltwater solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in account management with a track record in growth and renewals within software or SaaS. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop effective account plans aligned with customer goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
