Job Title: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at CHEFIN, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Utilize CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other tools to research and engage with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch our services and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the event, hotel, or related industries.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
