About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and make a real difference in the lives of patients undergoing renal replacement therapies.

You will work closely with the Consultant Nephrologist, Nurse Unit Manager, Renal nursing staff, Chronic Kidney Disease CNC, Vascular Surgical Team, Specialist Clinic staff, Radiology team and other multidisciplinary team members.

  • Coordinate and review patients eligible for home-based dialysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
