Compliance Excellence Specialist

The Compliance Excellence Specialist will spearhead regulatory compliance initiatives, quality assurance, and operational control testing primarily within our P&C function to establish, refine, and optimize our systems and processes to ensure adherence to our regulatory obligations and priorities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to identify, assess, report, and monitor regulatory requirements and commercial risks through control testing.
  • You'll collaborate with colleagues to foster robust control environments, effectively managing risks and compliance obligations, thereby promoting trust and transparency among business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for breach & incident investigations and work with subject matter experts (e.g., P&C, Risk and Compliance Team) towards resolution, communication, and alignment.
  • Conduct reviews/oversee assurance of P&C key business processes and controls to ensure continued adherence to and effective implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations.
