Key to success lies in delivering exceptional game day experiences. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of all Panthers game days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate seamless operations at BlueBet Stadium and Panthers Rugby League Academy;
  • Oversee operational planning and execution of all Panthers home game days;
  • Ensure workplace health and safety obligations are met and maintained;
  • Coordinate logistical support for travelling NRL teams;
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Manage Game Day Events staff and contractors;
  • Review and implement operational processes for ongoing efficiency and growth;
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Event Management or Operations roles;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional time management, organisational and attention to detail skills;
  • Knowledge and understanding of NRL and its regulations;
