Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming every guest with warmth, personality, and professionalism
  • Managing guest expectations and wait times with confidence and care
  • Communicating closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
  • Upholding our high service standards and bringing positive energy to every shift
  • Supporting pre- and post-service briefings and transitions
  • Turning over tables during service, managing guests waiting, and ensuring that guests waiting are comfortably entertained
  • Serving guests, taking food and drink orders

Requirements:

  • Availability across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is essential
  • Passion for people and delivering thoughtful engaging guest interactions
  • Confident using booking systems and coordinating floor movements
  • Calm and composed under pressure with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of our venues and offerings or willingness to learn quickly
  • A positive proactive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Hold a valid Queensland RSA
