**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide expert advice and support to customers on our products and services
* Operate as a proud brand ambassador, representing the values and mission of Officeworks
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new releases and promotions
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
* Availability to work a variety of hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
