About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Collaborate with City Managers to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Client Experience: Provide world-class client services, representing our brand throughout the client journey.
  • Sales and Loyalty: Foster and nurture client relationships to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Contribute to maintaining high standards of operation through coaching, reporting, and analysis.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to execute business strategies and drive results.
Requirements
  • Luxury Sales Experience: Proven track record in luxury sales, preferably in high-end fashion.
  • People Management: Demonstrated people management experience, with a focus on developing and coaching teams.
  • Luxury Fashion Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, materials, and craftsmanship.
