Senior Retail Operations Manager Role

This position is ideal for a senior retail professional with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving sales growth. As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 30+ direct reports to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage store operations to achieve sales and profit targets while controlling expenses.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior retail management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
