This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Systems Support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced technical consultancy, project, and business-as-usual (BAU) support for our enterprise applications.

  • Lead Technical Consultancy and Project Delivery: You will lead the delivery of complex technical projects, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage System Documentation and Source Code: You will be responsible for managing system documentation, source code control, and the build process, working closely with the Enterprise Systems Support team and outsourced contracted development services.
  • Provide High-Level Advice and Guidance: You will provide authoritative advice and guidance to Output Managers, customers, and other stakeholders on complex matters, including security, monitoring, and auditing of system events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: You should have extensive experience in Java, C#, Spring/Boot, Hibernate, Lucene, SQL, Oracle, and Apache Tomcat.
  • Leadership and Communication: You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve high-quality results.
  • Risk Management: You should be able to identify, evaluate, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
