Store Director

• Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

This leadership role offers a unique chance to relocate to Tasmania and oversee store operations for the Super Retail Group.

As Store Director, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

1. Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance
3. Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management
4. Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices
5. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform decisions and drive growth

• Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably within the Super Retail Group or similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software
