Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide personalized support to employers and employees in maintaining existing employment placements and developing future opportunities.

This role involves building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, sourcing documentation, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

  • Providing intensive support to both employer and employee post placement
  • Building strong relationships with employer and employee
  • Submitting contractual automated claims to the Department in line with contractual requirements
  • Offering advice and/or assistance to site managers and operational staff for claims and outcome related activities as required
