Residential Energy Marketing Specialist

This is a key role in the Residential Energy Team, responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, events, and customer story activities, with the ability to drive business outcomes through strategic thinking and data-led campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing regional activities, including lead generation events and conferences. They will also assist with coordinating marketing activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and consistency.
As a brand ambassador, the candidate will ensure that all Certified Installers operate within the Tesla brand guidelines, while helping direct sales, operations, and customer care teams meet brand standards.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Renewable Energy experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and deliver results
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive attitude and passion for innovation
- Fluent in English, with Japanese, Thai, or Korean language skills a plus
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, mainly within Australia and APAC
