A visionary leader is required to oversee the development of educational programs at our centre. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to students of all ability levels.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Education Director - Learning and Development. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational strategies that drive student outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining educational programs that meet the needs of students of all ability levels.
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all aspects of the centre are running smoothly.
  • Managing a team of around 15 tutors and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Interacting with motivated students and their parents to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Developing business and education strategies that drive growth and student outcomes.
