Plant Supply Manager">

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our plant supply. This role involves managing relationships with growers, procuring high-quality plants, and placing orders to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for horticulture, whether through professional experience or personal hobby. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of various plant species and their requirements
  • Effective communication and negotiation with growers and suppliers
  • Ensuring timely delivery of plants to meet customer needs

Our nursery is one of Australia's largest and busiest, moving over 10,000 plants daily across a diverse range of more than 4,000 plant varieties. If you are passionate about plants and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
