Wholesale Accounts Manager - Driving Sales Growth

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Wholesale Accounts Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts in Australia and New Zealand to promote our footwear brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, quarterly and 6-monthly indent sell-ins
  • Providing product training sessions to ensure features and benefits are communicated effectively to wholesale partners
  • Identifying and presenting tailored product assortments to meet the needs of wholesale target consumers
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer management skills and developing productive call cycles
  • Analyzing and optimizing the sell-in and sell-out performance of partner stores
  • Maintaining accurate reporting on the performance of the Australia and NZ marketplace
  • Setting goals, objectives, and marketing plans for each Partner Store and communicating effectively with owners and buying groups
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
