Key Responsibilities:

  • We identify, acquire and manage new investor buyers through various outreach efforts such as meet ups, social media videos and video emails to match real estate investors with properties that fit their business needs.
  • We grow the investor base by making outbound prospecting calls, scheduling consultations with cash buyers using texting platforms and market new wholesale properties to cash buyers via texting platforms.
  • We follow up with VIP buyer lists for each new wholesale property and manage incoming leads to provide support and gather qualifications.

Requirements:

  • We require advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, strong written and verbal communication, good organizational abilities, calm under pressure and a valid driver's license.
  • We also require good people skills, strong sales skills and negotiation experience as well as being self-motivated individuals.

Performance Indicators:

  • We measure average conversations per week with cash buyer investors, qualified cash buyers added to the VIP list per week, scheduled consultations per week and contacts made within 20 minutes of lead receipt.
  • We schedule showings on wholesale inventory per week and generate at least 5 offers per week. We deliver wholesale contracts per week to the Dispositions Manager.
