Enterprise Risk Management Professional

Shaping the Bank's Strategic Framework

  • Lead the localisation of the ESG Risk Framework and implement it across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the ING Group ESG Risk Framework, including expansion from climate risks to wider ESG risks.
  • Develop and execute key Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes supporting risk identification and management.
  • Collaborate with line 2 and line 1 Risk Management for alignment and effective risk management across frameworks.
  • Facilitate proactive risk management by providing insights from ERM processes to design measures navigating risks and emerging trends impacting the Bank's strategy.
  • Manage ad-hoc risk projects developing and maturing the Bank's risk management capability and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience maintaining frameworks, drafting policies, procedures, and developing implementing new processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of specific prudential requirements.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of practical experience in a risk and compliance function in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality management information.
  • Analytical skills identifying and diagnosing risk-related issues quickly providing business-oriented solutions.
