Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our risk management group, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-profile technology risk projects that drive business value and mitigate potential risks.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop practical solutions that address their security, availability, and integrity requirements.

As an expert in IT risk and security, you will provide strategic guidance to our clients on the implementation of effective risk management frameworks and controls.

  • Develop and execute IT risk reviews against industry-recognized frameworks such as COBIT, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks associated with IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide recommendations to clients on best practices for mitigating identified risks and improving overall security posture.
  • Coach and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT risk and security and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in IT risk management and security, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile IT risk projects and advising clients on complex technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of industry-recognized risk management frameworks and standards, including COBIT, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop recommendations for mitigation.
