Enterprise Risk Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking regulations, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements. They must be able to provide oversight and guidance to ensure that the organization's risk decisions align with its risk appetite.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 2LOD oversight over Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and Global Transactional Services (GTS), ensuring that risk decisions remain consistent with risk appetite.
- Oversight of key artefacts including the risk profile, risk appetite statement, and risk management framework implementation.
- Independent advice and support to relevant LoB Leadership Teams on risk appetite, risk profile, and control environment.
As an Enterprise Risk Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a strong risk culture within the organization. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization.
The role requires a deep understanding of payments, corporate and institutional banking, and international compliance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, governance, and compliance.
