We are seeking an accomplished risk leader to drive our strategic approach to operational and enterprise risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of risk frameworks and governance for regulatory alignment and internal risk appetite.
  • Management of risk classes through a structured program.
  • Independent risk oversight and insights to stakeholders on process implementation and compliance with regulations.
  • Operational management of Prudential Returns.
  • Risk representation in relevant committees and working groups.
  • Support for regular Board and Executive reporting on risk issues and incidents.
  • Regulatory inquiry and investigation support.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in risk leadership within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Understanding of APRA prudential standards and risk capital methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, influencing at executive and board levels.
  • Team leadership and risk culture embedding.
  • Regulatory interaction and complex risk reporting experience.
