The Support Worker plays a vital role in our team, responsible for delivering personalized support and assistance to residents under the guidance of our senior clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support to assist residents maintain their independence and dignity.]
  • Assist with meal preparation and delivery as required.]
  • Record observations on assessment charts and document any exceptions in the care plan or progress notes, reporting to the EN/RN as necessary.]
  • Check residents' daily menu requirements.]
  • Undertake duties as allocated or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward tasks.]
]

Requirements:

]
  • Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).]
  • Relevant Certificate III qualification.]
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.]
  • Experience in residential aged care.]
  • Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.]
]

To be considered for employment, candidates must meet the legislative requirements of the Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
