Job Title: Caring Support Professional
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caring Support Professional. In this role, you will provide high-quality in-home support services to our valued customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Job Description:As a Caring Support Professional, your duties will include:
- Personal Care: assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- Social Support: providing transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
- Domestic Assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Equipment and Aids: supporting customers with the use of personal equipment and aids
- Well-being Monitoring: monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
We require a candidate who is able to build rapport with customers, possess good communication skills, and be comfortable using technology to access rosters and record customer notes/feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (or willingness to work towards)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
