The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase representation and participation of underrepresented groups, including First Nations people.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with diverse community groups and provide a direct voice into our decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase representation and participation of underrepresented groups
  • Facilitate dialogue and provide training and information to promote equity and inclusion
  • Advocate for frameworks that address systemic inequities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse community groups
  • Provide a direct voice into Council
