**Role Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting inclusive education practices, fostering a culture of diversity, and delivering targeted support and interventions.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and interventions supporting the teaching and learning of children with diverse needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive education practices across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusivity among staff, students, and parents.
  • Design and deliver targeted support and interventions to meet the needs of children with diverse requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support children with diverse needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in promoting inclusive education practices and fostering a culture of diversity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
  • Knowledge of child safety and wellbeing principles.
