Workforce Optimization Specialist

The Workforce Optimization Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, supporting teams with scalable solutions that drive effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- System Administration: Administer and maintain workforce management systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance modules.
- Configuration Management: Configure and update pay rules, accruals, work schedules, and other configurations to ensure legislative compliance.
- Integration and Troubleshooting: Implement system updates, integrate new functionalities, and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal disruption.
- Payroll Accuracy: Design processes to maintain payroll accuracy and legislative compliance, ensuring seamless data flows.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in administering and implementing workforce management systems.
- Kronos Configuration: Strong knowledge of Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with ability to work independently and across multiple projects.
- Documentation: Experienced in developing process and procedural documentation, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
