Regional Operations Coordinator Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Operations Coordinator to support our regional operations and ensure smooth communication with branches, agents, and partners across WA. This key role will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with WA branches and agents to collect weekly/monthly data
  • Generate and review delivery performance reports (DIFOT)
  • Help onboard and support new delivery agents
  • Process and present invoices from agents and subcontractors
  • Conduct audits and ensure operational compliance
  • Provide excellent support to both internal teams and external customers

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and admin skills
  • Ability to manage reports, invoices, and data collection
  • Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and in a team
