About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity are maintained. This will involve working closely with the Laundry General Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize output, control truck movements and schedules, and maintain a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production line and ensure high-quality products are delivered to our clients
  • Maximize output and control truck movements and schedules to meet delivery times
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices are adhered to
  • Train and supervise the performance of all laundry employees
  • Schedule employees according to business demands

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial laundry at a management or supervisory level
  • Solid knowledge of all facets of a commercial laundry operation, including machinery
  • Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
