About Your New Role:

- Process daily invoices from suppliers through our online platform.

- Review accounts criteria and ensure compliance, issuing rejection notices when necessary.

- Monitor and respond to accounts inboxes to keep suppliers and internal team members informed.

- Generate reports to include all invoices in payment runs and chase outstanding action items.

- Build relationships with the internal team, outsourced Finance Consultants, and estimating team to ensure smooth operations.

- Provide ad-hoc backup support to the outsourced Finance team and liaise with the customer service team on accounts matters.

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in customer service or administration.

- An interest in numbers and a willingness to learn and talk with others.
