We are currently seeking an experienced Workplace Relations / WHS Lawyer to join our distinguished team and contribute to our prominence in employment law and workplace safety.Job Description: As a Workplace Relations / WHS Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic Employment and Industrial Relations team.
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert legal advice on workplace relations matters, employment law, and Work Health and Safety regulations.Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on workplace relations, employment contracts, and industrial relations matters Provide legal counsel on compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations Represent clients in workplace disputes, investigations, and tribunal hearings Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents Stay abreast of legal developments in workplace relations and WHS Requirements: Minimum of 4-5 years' post-qualification experience in workplace relations and WHS Proven track record of handling complex workplace relations and safety matters Strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and WHS regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits package ($145,000 - $185,000 + super) Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a national firm Exposure to high-profile workplace relations and WHS matters Collaborative and inclusive work culture Interested?Apply now or email your resume to Janine Cloete at to hear more about the opportunity.
