Customer Service Role

The primary contact between customers and our team, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and prompt attention to customer needs. This involves providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships.

This role requires a customer-oriented approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist customers in person or by phone
  • Determine customer needs and communicate with the service department
  • Organise and follow up on vehicle repairs during the day
  • Liaise with the service department to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
  • Follow all required workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable. Key skills include:

  • Friendly approach and professional presentation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound computer literacy
  • Self-motivated, punctual and reliable
