About the Role:

  • As a Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring an exceptional experience from booking to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer bookings, ensuring they are up-to-date and current.
  • Provide customer care by checking vehicles in and out, informing customers about their vehicle's progress during servicing or repairs, and assisting with queries and follow-ups.
  • Support the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department.
  • Handle high volumes of phone and email correspondence.
  • Complete general administrative tasks and support service operations.

About You:

  • You will have customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
  • You will be able to communicate the value of our services and repairs.
  • You will possess strong computer literacy and the ability to learn specialized and tailored automotive systems.
  • You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • You will demonstrate excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet strict timelines.
  • You will hold a current Driver's License.
