About the Role:- Deliver routine procedures from specimen reception to results with accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to stock control and equipment maintenance, adhering to strict protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
- Bachelor of Science or Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience and skills in the field of medical laboratory science.
- Strong understanding of quality control, quality assurance, and troubleshooting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
