Scientist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scientist to join our team.

  • Perform manual and automated diagnostic testing
  • Conduct routine procedures from specimen reception to results
  • Assist with stock control and maintenance of records and equipment
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in staff training and liaise with stakeholders

This is a part-time position requiring the ability to work weekdays with occasional weekend shifts.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in the field, including knowledge of QC, QAP, and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, maintaining records and equipment, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

To be considered, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the discipline and skills in diagnostic testing
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles
