About the Role
The Car Park Supervisor at Scentre Group will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring efficient management of car park operations. This includes physical, personnel, procedural, and commercial aspects. The successful candidate will directly report to the Services Manager and be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the parking team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop the Parking Team: Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment, ensuring the parking team is equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for the parking experience, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day car park operations, ensuring adherence to processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining overall operational awareness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive future enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of car park operations.
- Safety and Risk Management: Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park, partnering with relevant teams to manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in reading and analyzing data to identify trends and gain insights, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
