Car Park Operations Manager

At Wilson Parking Australia 1992 Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Car Park Operations Manager to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of designated parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing revenue streams while maintaining process and accountability controls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a small car park team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
- Assisting with tailoring rosters to meet the car park's needs.
- Fielding customer enquiries and communications.
- Stakeholder engagement with clients and contractors.
- Assisting with training new staff.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service.
- Experience in roles that provided leadership of staff and/or teams preferred.
- Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Good computer literacy skills with proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Full driver's license with excellent driving skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
