Car Park Attendant Job Description

At Wilson Parking Australia 1992 Pty Ltd, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Car Park Attendant to join our team at our Main Beach Rd car park. As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our car park, providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the car park efficiently, ensuring a seamless parking experience for customers.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Car Park Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure working environment, adhering to our company's health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment, call centre, or other customer-facing industry.
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and a valid full driver's licence with excellent driving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Computer literacy and experience working in a busy environment.
