About the Role:

As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and contributing to our continued growth.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Planning Specialist. This is a key role within our organization that requires strong technical skills and expertise in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Prepare income tax returns and tax effect accounting calculations, focusing on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and lodge monthly GST and Withholding Tax returns for various jurisdictions.
  • Financial Reporting: Manage and lodge Tax Clearance Certificate applications to facilitate foreign currency payments.
  • Fiscal Management: Ensure accuracy and up-to-date status of financial statements and records.
  • Tax Advice: Provide tax advice to stakeholders on technical matters, including income tax, GST, withholding taxes, customs, and excise duties, and employment taxes.
  • Professional Development: Design and deliver training sessions on financial planning and taxation as required.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Contribute to effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a working knowledge of relevant financial laws and regulations by monitoring amendments and assisting in implementing compliance strategies.
