Horizon Wealth Advisory is seeking a motivated and ambitious candidate to join their dynamic and growing team as an Associate Financial Planner.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Completed or on the path to completion of a relevant tertiary qualification and be RG146 compliant.\
  • Self-driven but also the ability to work well within a team environment.\
  • Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.\
  • A passion for customer service and working directly with clients.\
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling client information.\
  • Eagerness to learn and to develop a career in financial planning.

Responsibilities\

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • \
  • Liaising with clients and prospects to support the senior adviser in vetting new leads and booking initial appointments.\
  • Supporting the adviser with preparation for review and advice meetings, attendance in client meetings, and developing skills on the path to becoming a financial planner.\
  • Facilitating the advice process between adviser, paraplanning and customer service teams.\
  • Maintaining up to date client information in our database.\
  • Attendance in client appointments to eventually being able to provide advice to existing and new clients.\
  • Maintaining CPD points and staying updated across industry trends, product knowledge, and advice strategies.\
  • Developing the skills and attributes to become a financial planner and ultimately manage a personal book of clients.
