Position Overview:

The Business Consultant plays a pivotal role in influencing executive decision-makers to reconsider their business strategies through the innovative co-employment solutions offered by CoAdvantage. This position is tasked with generating new client relationships and discerning the needs of clients within the commercial sectors of their designated region. The primary goal of this role is to identify new prospects and promote CoAdvantage's PEO services in alignment with annual sales targets. This is a field-based sales position that emphasizes proactive client acquisition with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that lead to client acquisition
  • Profile and manage daily activities effectively
  • Generate sales leads through various channels: self-generation, warm leads from BDRs, and business referrals
  • Develop and nurture a network of small and mid-sized business owners
  • Identify and establish potential partnerships
  • Make new connections weekly
  • Maintain or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
  • Collaborate and strategize with C-Suite professionals regarding their business needs to introduce and expand CoAdvantage services
  • Represent CoAdvantage as the leading PEO provider
  • Adhere to the Core Competencies and Core Values of CoAdvantage in all professional interactions
  • Engage in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in complex business solutions sales or 2 years in outside sales
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a business environment
  • Preferred experience in PEO consulting
  • Strong understanding of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices, and benefit regulations (preferred)
  • Experience in a consultative sales role
  • Proven track record in complex solution-based sales
  • Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proficient in identifying and developing new complex sales opportunities
  • Outstanding skills in customer acquisition

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience in a related area
