About the Role

The Victoria's Big Build is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on financial and budget information, capital program delivery updates, asset management and maintenance, and planning activities and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to the VHBA Executive on financial and budget information, capital program delivery updates, asset management and maintenance, and planning activities and pipeline.
  • Work with the VHBA Executive on internal planning and strategy, VIDA processes, and office management.
  • Develop workforce capability specific to VHBA and deliver advice on wider VIDA and Government activities.
  • Provide leadership within the organization and consistency of messaging to drive change and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet competing timelines.
  • Strong understanding of financial and budget information, capital program delivery updates, asset management and maintenance, and planning activities and pipeline.
