About the Role

The Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Advisor to join our team in Richmond or Geelong office. As a key member of our Strategy Branch, you will play a crucial role in providing sound strategic advice to business areas and senior executives.

This is a 6-month initial contract with a likely chance of extension, offering an APS6 hourly rate of $ Super. You will have the opportunity to work with a community-focused Federal Government Agency, contributing to the development of complex projects and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed technical, professional, policy, and operational support and advice in relation to complex problems.
  • Coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program, and project management, and policy development that support the Agency's objectives.
  • Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a representational role on behalf of the Agency.
  • Develop and present recommendations and facilitate discussions with Agency stakeholders and leadership.
  • Draft content for embedding change, including policy papers, guidance materials, and action plans.
