Job Title: Case Coordinator

We are seeking a confident and client-focused professional to provide support services to individuals building their families.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding in coordinating services provided by third-party companies/agencies, arranging resources and educational information for our clients.
  • Monitoring response times between clients and service providers;
  • Advocating for needed services;
  • Obtaining additional resources;
  • Intervening in crisis situations and providing personal support and solutions.

Additional duties include staying up-to-date with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and attending webinars and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and commit to following through on caseloads.
  • Proficiency in computers, specifically CRM and database experience.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in working hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and punctuality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with significant relevant experience, preferably in IVF, Surrogacy or Egg Donation. Multilingual candidates are also preferred.
