Job Opportunity: Team Leader

The Team Leader will provide leadership, management, support and guidance for a team of allied health professionals. This role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality allied health care to community age care customers.

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary or tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline and current registration with AHPRA or other professional body. They should also possess advanced level of allied health skills and demonstrated experience in community age care health service delivery.

  • Provide daily leadership and management for a team of allied health professionals.
  • Conduct clinical supervision, team development and training.
  • Participate in customer care and allied health service delivery.
  • Lead and contribute to team meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.

This role is offered as permanent full-time with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working from our office and from home. The successful candidate will be willing to use their own appropriately registered and insured vehicle for work purposes and have current First Aid and CPR Certificates.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary or tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline and current registration with AHPRA or other professional body.
  • Advanced level of allied health skills and demonstrated experience in community age care health service delivery.
  • Proven ability in the leadership of multidisciplinary allied health teams.
