This role plays a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality allied health care services to our community age care customers in Hervey Bay. Key responsibilities include providing daily leadership, guidance, and management for a team of allied health professionals, as well as participating in customer care and allied health service delivery.

Specific duties involve clinical supervision, team development, training, and reporting accurate and timely allied health updates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clinical excellence, evidence-based clinical practice, quality, effectiveness, and high standards of allied health services for Suncare customers.

In addition, they will contribute to operational quality assurance and improvement practices, provide expert knowledge and consultation, and foster a respectful and responsive workplace culture aligned with Suncare's values.
