Leadership Position Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Leader for our Allied Health Care services in Hervey Bay. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality care to our community age care customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that offers flexibility for hybrid work arrangements, including working from our Hervey Bay office and from home. As a Team Leader, you will provide daily leadership, management, support, and guidance to your team, ensuring the achievement of positive customer and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision, team development, and training to ensure the delivery of evidenced-based allied health services during intake, assessment, and therapeutic intervention.
  • Lead and contribute to team meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • Report accurate and timely allied health updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to operational quality assurance and improvement practices to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Foster a respectful and responsive workplace culture aligned with our values, emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, and high performance.
