The company is looking for a professional to oversee the responsible use of AI and data. This individual will play a vital role in implementing and maintaining frameworks that balance innovation with ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement Governance: Develop and maintain guidelines for AI and data usage, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Champion Data Integrity: Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality data assets are accurate and reliable.
  • Drive Privacy Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments to guarantee adherence to privacy laws.
  • Manage Risk: Identify potential risks associated with AI and data, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in data governance, technology risk, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Privacy Act 1988 and APPs.
  • Hands-on experience conducting PIAs.
  • Knowledge of data management principles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
